Arsenal are expected to be heavily active during this summer’s transfer window.

Unai Emery has a lot of work to do, if he is to build a squad of players at Arsenal who are capable of making a sustained push for the Champions League places next season.
The Spaniard’s main priority this summer has obviously been to add experienced winners to his squad, what with the capture of Stephan Lichtsteiner and the impending arrival of Sokratis Papastathopoulos.
The Gunners have not ignored the importance of adding talented youth to their squad, however, with the north London outfit reportedly on the verge of signing PSG youngster Yacine Adli and Barcelona teen Joel Lopez.

According to French publication L’Equipe, Adli, 17, has agreed to join Arsenal this summer, after rejecting a new contract with PSG.
Spanish media outlet Sport, meanwhile, claim that Barca youngster Lopez has told the Spanish giants that he wants to join the Gunners.
The young stars are two of the hottest prospects on the continent at the moment, and if Arsenal do manage to sign them this summer, it would be a real statement of intent regarding their aspirations for the future.
Adli is a skilful attacking midfielder, with impeccable technical ability. He would slot right into the Gunners’ footballing philosophy, and really is one to watch for the future.

Lopez, meanwhile, is a left-back by trade, and with Nacho Monreal on the wrong side of 32, the young Spaniard could be just what Arsenal need.
He could also learn from his more experienced countryman, and if he goes on to fulfil his potential, the north Londoners will have one seriously good player on their hands.
Exciting times indeed for Arsenal fans…
