Real Madrid’s Dani Ceballos and Fulham’s Ryan Sessegnon reportedly want to play for Mauricio Pochettino’s Spurs in the Premier League.

As Mauricio Pochettino has been at pains to point out, Tottenham Hotspur just cannot compete with Manchester City, Arsenal, Manchester United and co when it comes to offering players big-money contracts.
Even Tanguy Ndombele, who is expected to become Spurs’ record signing this summer, is set to earn ‘just’ £200,000 a week in North London, as reported by Football London. That is a fraction what the likes of Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil pick up elsewhere in the Premier League.
But with Pochettino at the helm, Tottenham clearly don’t need to use obscene sums of cash to tempt players to move to England.
There is more to a footballer’s career than increasing the size of your bank balance after all and, while Ozil and Sanchez have stagnated, anyone who works with the Argentine tactician tends to go from strength to strength. Think Harry Kane, Christian Eriksen, Lucas Moura and co.

According to El Confidencial, Real Madrid playmaker Dani Ceballos is keen to move to Tottenham for the chance to work with Pochettino. Ryan Sessegnon, Fulham’s coveted left-back, believes Spurs is the best place to fulfil his potential with the former Southampton boss in charge, as reported by Football London.
As long as Pochettino remains in North London, Tottenham will at a rather unique advantage. Clearly, they can tempt players to choose the famous white shirt over other, more lucrative offers. It’s not all about the money.
