Aston Villa, West Bromwich Albion and Derby County are reportedly interested in Chelsea youngster Callum Hudson-Odoi.

According to The Guardian, Chelsea forward Callum Hudson-Odoi is reluctant to drop into the Championship on a temporary basis, and that will be a concern for Aston Villa, West Bromwich Albion and Derby County.
The Birmingham Mail claimed last month of interest from Championship trio Villa, West Brom and Frank Lampard’s Derby in the 18-year-old forward.
The Villans, the Baggies and the Rams all are among to win promotion from the Championship to the Premier League at the end of the season.
Hudson-Odoi is a hugely talented and promising young forward, and the England Under-19 international would be a good signing for Villa, West Brom or Derby.
However, according to The Guardian, the teenager is reluctant to drop down a level to the Championship.

Sensible or not?
The Championship is a very good and competitive domestic league, and Hudson-Odoi would learn a lot playing in the division.
However, if the youngster’s eventual aim is to establish himself in the Chelsea first team, then maybe he should either work hard to get playing time this season or try to move to a club in the English top flight on loan in the January transfer window.
