According to Sport, Sevilla striker Youssef En-Nesyri is open to joining West Ham United in the January transfer window.
It has been reported that the Morocco international striker likes the idea of turning out for West Ham in the Premier League.
This follows a report in La Razon claiming that West Ham have made an offer of €40 million (£35.56 million) for the 23-year-old striker.
Youssef En-Nesyri Stats
En-Nesyri joined Sevilla from Leganes only in January 2020 and has a good reputation in Spain.
The 23-year-old scored four goals in seven La Liga starts for Sevilla during the second half of last season, and so far this campaign, the striker has scored nine goals in 11 league starts for the Andalusian club, according to WhoScored.
Need for a striker
West Ham need to sign a striker in the January transfer window as a replacement for Sebastien Haller, who has left for Ajax.
Michail Antonio is playing upfront and is doing well at the moment. A winger by trade, the 30-year-old has scored five goals in the league so far this season, according to WhoScored.
Jarrod Bowen has also chipped in, scoring five goals and providing three assists in all competitions, according to BBC Sport.
However, West Ham need a recognised out-and-out striker who will carry the bulk of the goalscoring burden for the team.
