Ian Holloway’s Queens Park Rangers are said to be taking interest in the Moroccan winger.

Ian Holloway, manager of QPR looks on during The Emirates FA Cup Third Round match between Queens Park Rangers and Milton Keynes Dons at Loftus Road on January 6, 2018 in London, England.

Queens Park Rangers are watching PEC Zwolle winger Youness Mokhtar, according to Dutch website Voetbal Primeur.

The report claims there is a good chance Mokhtar will leave the Eredivisie side this summer, when his contract is due to expire.

A product of PSV Eindhoven’s youth system, Mokhtar has shone since his return to the Netherlands following a brief and unsuccessful spell in Saudi Arabia.

The Moroccan has scored 10 goals and made another six this season, and helped to put Zwolle on course for a European finish at one stage.

However, John van ‘t Schip’s side have slipped from fourth to eight in recent months, which looks to have decreased their chances of hanging on to Mokhtar.

QPR have already confirmed the summer departures of attacking pair Jamie Mackie and Jay Emmanuel-Thomas, creating a space for the 26-year-old to fill.

Would Mokhtar be a good addition for Queens Park Rangers?
