Could Lucas Tousart be on his way to the Premier League with Wolverhampton Wanderers? Not if Serie A giants Inter Milan have anything to do with it.

Wolverhampton Wanderers are interested in signing French U21 captain Lucas Tousart from Lyon, according to Calciomercato, although they will face competition from Champions League-bound Inter Milan.
Wolves have made a habit of pulling off high-profile transfer coups since they were taken over by Fosun International and 2016 and Tousart would be the latest, following in the footsteps of Ruben Neves, Joao Moutinho and co.
An uncompromising and tough-tackling central midfielder, the 22-year-old is already a key player for Lyon despite his tender years and has played 91 games in the last two seasons for the Ligue 1 giants.
He is also the captain of France’s U21 team and started in the dramatic 2-1 win against England earlier this week in the European Champions.

According to Calciomercato, Wolves are now keen to bring Tousart to Molineux though Inter Milan, who have qualified for the Champions League for a second straight season, should prove to be tough opponents.
With Wolves preparing to balance Premier League and Europa League commitments in 2019/20, however, Nuno Espirito Santo needs all the depth he can get and Tousart would provide some competition for Neves and Moutinho.
The fact he has been compared to Chelsea and France hero N’Golo Kante (Goal) speaks volumes about his tireless and tenacious approach.
