Wolverhampton Wanderers are reportedly keen on signing the Swansea City man.

According to a report from Sky Sports News, Wolves are set to make a formal approach for Swansea City’s Sam Clucas later today, after his proposed £8 million move to Burnley collapsed two days ago.
The Black Country outfit were quite simply brilliant in the Championship last season, and Nuno Espirito Santo has already moved to bolster his ranks at Molineux, ahead of what will be an incredibly challenging Premier League campaign this term.
Midfield is obviously an area where the Portuguese would still like to improve upon with just one day remaining until the transfer window slams shut.
Sky Sports News claims that Wolves will make a formal approach for Swans star Clucas later today.

Considering the fact that Burnley had an £8 million bid accepted for the left midfielder earlier this month, it will probably take a similar fee for Wolves to prise him away from the Liberty Stadium this summer.
Whilst Clucas will not be one of the most exciting names to be linked with Wolves, he is still a solid performer, and will undoubtedly be a useful addition to Nuno’s squad.
