Wolves are set to sign Diogo Jota.

The Express and Star report via freelance journalist Tim Nash, that Jota has already arrived in England to undergo a medical at the club.

Jota is set to sign on a season long loan deal from Atletico Madrid.

Jota is known to Wolves boss Nuno Santo, as he had him on loan at Porto last season.

The 20-year-old featured in the Champions League for Porto, which included ties against Leicester City.

He netted nine goals in all competitions last season for the Portuguese side.

Jota can play as a winger or a secondary striker and is an exciting addition for the Championship side, who recently adding Porto sensation Ruben Neves on a permanent deal.

Wolves star man Helder Costa is currently recovering from injury and Jota could be a shrewd addition.

He is a Portugal under-21 international who signed for Atletico Madrid from Paco Ferreira in 2016.
