Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo report that Barcelona could be open to including out-on-loan Wolves star Trincao in a deal to sign Raphinha from Leeds. Raphinha is top of Barcelona’s shopping list this summer.
Leeds fans will know all about Trincao after the 22-year-old scored against the Whites last time out – his first Premier League goal of the season. Of course, it proved to be ineffective, as Leeds came from behind to win 3-2.

But Trincao is regarded as a top talent and while he may have underperformed at Wolves, there is huge potential and plenty of hype surrounding the ex-Braga ace. Barcelona signed him for £26m (Eurosport).
Barcelona have agreed personal terms with Raphinha, reports claim. But the issue preventing such a deal is Barcelona are unable to afford Raphinha’s price tag. Adding a player in the deal may reduce the price tag.
Trincao to Leeds: Do Whites need Barcelona talent, in Raphinha deal?
Raphinha has been sensational for Leeds in his two seasons at Elland Road. Joining for £17million, Leeds are hoping to sell him for north of their initial outlay – three times over. But Barcelona simply cannot afford such a figure.
Barcelona are struggling to sign Adama Traore from Wolves on a permanent basis, with a fee much smaller than the one required for Raphinha. So, if Barca are to sign Raphinha, they need to reduce the fee.
The most-obvious, and perhaps, only way to do that is by including a player. Trincao is an exciting player, with plenty of talent but he has struggled in England this term. Perhaps £30million and Trincao might sway Leeds.
