Wolverhampton Wanderers are interested in signing Felipe from Atletico Madrid in the January transfer window, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Wolves want Felipe from Atletico Madrid
The well-known and well-respected journalist has reported on Twitter that Premier League club Wolves are in talks with La Liga side Atletico over a transfer of Felipe when the window opens next month.
Romano has claimed that Wolves are also in talks with Atletico over Brazil international forward Matheus Cunha.
The Wanderers want to sign both the Atletico players in the January transfer window in a packaged deal, according to the Italian journalist.

Good potential signing for Wolves?
In our view, Atletico Madrid and Brazil international central defender Felipe would be a good signing for Wolverhampton Wanderers in the January transfer window.
That former La Liga champions Atletico signed the 33-year-old from FC Porto in 2019 shows how highly he is rated in the footballing community.
Now, of course, Felipe is 33, so clearly he is not a player for the future but for the present.
Wolves are in danger of getting relegated to the Championship at the end of the season, and new head coach Julen Lopetegui clearly thinks that the Brazil international centre-back can come in and do a solid job at the back for the Premier League club.
