Wolves are set to make Raul Jimenez’s move permanent.

Wolves could pay a total of £30 million to sign Raul Jimenez from Benfica on a permanent basis, The Telegraph report.
A deal would be £25 million up front, and could reach £30 million in add ons.
It is a best case scenario for Benfica, who sent the Mexico international on loan to Wolves after he failed to score into double figures in three consecutive league seasons in Portugal.
It’s a win for Wolves too, with Jimenez a perfect fit for Nuno Santo’s side. He has scored 12 league goals in 30 games, 15 goals in all competitions.

The Telegraph‘s report claims the fee has been agreed, and final negotiations are at an ‘advanced stage’.
Wolves previous record spend was the £18 million paid to Middlesbrough for winger Adama Traore earlier this season.
Jimenez netted in Wolves’ FA Cup quarter-final win over Manchester United. He will be hoping to help his side beat Watford in the semis next month.
