Wolves are reportedly keen on Real Madrid’s Martin Odegaard.

According to The Mirror, Wolverhampton Wanderers are interested in signing Real Madrid playmaker Martin Odegaard, who is currently on loan at Real Sociedad.
Odegaard, 20, was touted as the next big thing at Stromsgodset in his native Norway, but the buzz died down a little as he struggled to break into the Real Madrid first time.
That’s no real disgrace as a teenager, and after starring on loan at Heerenveen and Vitesse Arnhem in the Netherlands, he’s impressing on loan at Real Sociedad with two goals and one assist in six games.
Odegaard’s displays are bound to attract attention and interest, and it’s claimed that Wolves sent a scout to watch him in action in his last couple of games for Sociedad.
Real Madrid will allegedly sell for around £20million in 2020, and Wolves are ready to launch a move to bring the young playmaker to Molineux.
They may need to rely on Real recalling him to sell on in January, otherwise they may be forced to wait until next summer – by which time that asking price may have ballooned.

Tricky and skilful, Odegaard can bring real creativity and guile to this Wolves side, either as a number 10 or cutting in on his left foot.
Wolves have looked a little toothless at times this season, so Odegaard could make perfect sense as a target, and they would hope to realise that wonderkid potential with such a move.
