West Ham United and Wolverthampton Wanderers are reportedly keen on Victor Camarasa.
According to the Daily Mail, Wolverhampton Wanderers are looking to beat West Ham United to the signature of Real Betis midfielder Victor Camarasa.
Camarasa, 24, spent this season on loan at Cardiff City, and was one of their shining lights as they suffered relegation back to the Championship.
The Spanish playmaker hit five goals and four assists for the Bluebirds, and whilst he endured some injury woes, he came a fan favourite in South Wales thanks to his creativity.
Now, Camarasa heads back to parent club Real Betis, and with no chance of a return to Cardiff in the second tier, Premier League clubs are interested.
The Daily Mail report that Wolverhampton Wanderers have now joined the race, with West Ham United also keen, whilst Brighton and Everton are believed to be in the mix.
Betis are believed to be ready to let Camarasa leave again this summer, though it’s unclear whether it would be a loan or a permanent move for the former Levante man just yet.
Wolves would seemingly see Camarasa as another option in their attacking midfield role, bringing crucial competition for places alongside Joao Moutinho and Morgan Gibbs-White, with the Europa League qualifiers coming up this summer.
A move to Molineux possibly makes more sense than joining West Ham, who already have Manuel Lanzini, and Wolves fans should be excited about a possible move to snap up Camarasa this summer.
