Wolverhampton Wanderers are closing to signing Portuguese midfielder Ruben Neves from FC Porto.
According to reports from Express and Star, Wolverhampton Wanderers are close to signing Ruben Neves from FC Porto in the summer transfer window.
The report claims that Wolves have agreed a deal with Porto and also with the player, over the signing of the 20-year-old Portuguese International.
Wolves will smash their transfer record by spending £15 million on the player, should the deal go through.

Portuguese publication A Bola reported last month that the Premier League duo – Chelsea and Liverpool – were interested in Neves.
His signing, therefore, will represent a major coup for the club, given the reported interest of other heavyweight clubs.
Wolves have already shown ambitions in the transfer market in the recent years, having broken their transfer record twice under Fosun, signing Ivan Cavaleiro for £7 million and then Helder Costa for £13 million.
Neves is a deep lying midfielder, who came through the youth ranks at Porto. Since breaking into the first team, he has appeared in 92 games for the Dragons, and scored four goals.
Wolves will play in the Championship next season, and will be aiming for a berth in the playoffs.
