Wolverhampton Wanderers are about to make another move for Arsenal’s Ainsley Maitland-Niles, the Daily Mail have claimed.
Wolves seemed to have given up in the race to sign the newly capped England international, but they now appear to have hope again.
Maitland-Niles is desperate to play regular football, and Arsenal still have not promised that to him, despite his fine form.
Wolves now feel that a move for the 23-year-old could be a possibility again, and Maitland-Niles is considering making the switch.
Maitland-Niles has a strong affinity with Arsenal, having came through their youth ranks, but he realises that a move to Molineux could be better for his career, if he is allowed to play more often.

Mikel Arteta is understood to be keen to keep Maitland-Niles, but Arsenal need to raise funds and they have struggled to offload their fringe players so far this summer.
If Maitland-Niles does move to Wolves there could be an opening for him in their starting line-up, after Matt Doherty’s move to Tottenham Hotspur earlier this summer.
