Wolverhampton Wanderers are said to be close to breaking their transfer record on Oleksandr Zinchenko.

Wolves have made a £16 million bid for Zinchenko, which would make him their record signing if he does arrive.
The City youngster actually was given a fairly high amount of first-team chances last term, but Pep Guardiola has reportedly made him available.

And Wolves are keen to snap up what would be one of the more eye-catching signings of the summer.
Wolves have already brought in some serious quality in the transfer window, with Raul Jimenez and Rui Patricio arriving.
But Zinchencko would arguably the the most potential of any of their new additions.
The Ukrainian international is highly regarded by Guardiola, and is able to play in a number of different positions.

Zinchenko is most comfortable as a number 10, but he often played at left-wing back for City last term.
Whether Nuno would want to use Zinchenko in defence, or in a more advanced role at Molineux remains to be seen.
But the transfer could be a very smart move for Wolves, if the 21-year-old does go on to fulfil his potential in the coming years.
