Wolverhampton Wanderers are keen to snap up the Arsenal midfielder, who could become a free agent this summer.

According to a report in the Telegraph, Wolverhampton Wanderers are prepared to offer Jack Wilshere more than £110,000-a-week.

Wolves are battling with Everton for the midfielder, who also has a contract offer on the table to stay at Arsenal.

The Gunners are said to be increasingly confident that they can land Wilshere.

Arsenal have upped their contract offer for Wilshere to £110,000-a-week – as they look to keep hold of the central midfielder.

However, the Telegraph claim that a move to Wolves would be even more lucrative for Wilshere.

The England international is one of Nuno’s main targets for the summer, and Wolves are prepared to make him their top earner by a considerable distance.

If Wilshere was to arrive at Molineux, it would really announce Wolves’ ambitions, following their promotion to the Premier League.

Wilshere is set to become a free agent this summer, as his current contract at Arsenal is set to expire in June.
