According to a report on ESPN, Wolverhampton Wanderers are in a talks with Kasimpasa striker Mbaye Diagne, as Nuno looks to bolster his side’s forward ranks.

Diagne has long since been linked with a move to England, with interest in him strong since the summer.

However, at that time, work permit issues blocked any move – but these have since been resolved.

Wolves are now hopeful of bringing in the prolific scorer, and they are said to be scheduling further talks in the near future.

Diagne has 12 goals this term in Turkish football, and has became one of the most highly sought after strikers in the country.

The Senegalese front man would be embarking on his biggest move since he joined Juventus back in 2013, if he was to move to Wolves.

Diagne failed to make a single appearance for Juve during his time with the Italian club, and would be hoping to make more of an impact at Molineux.

If Diagne was to move to Wolves he would be in competition with Raul Jimenez for a starting spot.
