Wolverhampton Wanderers are reportedly keen on Huddersfield Town’s Nahki Wells.
According to the Daily Mail, Wolverhampton Wanderers are interested in snapping up Huddersfield Town striker Nahki Wells, but face competition from Championship rivals Hull City.
Wolves enjoyed a productive summer by bringing in the likes of John Ruddy, Will Norris, Phil Ofusu-Ayeh, Ryan Bennett, Willy Boly, Roderick Miranda, Barry Douglas, Ruben Neves, Diogo Jota and Leo Bonatini.

Despite landing Bonatini, it’s believe that Wolves are still in the market for another striker before the transfer deadline, and whilst fans want Benik Afobe to re-join the club from Bournemouth, the club appear to be targeting another Premier League striker.
The Daily Mail report that Wolves are expressing an interest in signing Huddersfield Town’s Nahki Wells, though the Terriers have also received an approach from Championship rivals Hull City.
Wells, 27, joined Huddersfield from Yorkshire rivals Bradford City in January 2014, and he has been a key player at the John Smith’s Stadium ever since, notching 48 goals in 152 games for the Terriers.
The Bermudan international, who has five goals in nine caps for his country, scored ten times last season as Huddersfield won promotion to the Premier League – but that promotion has damaged Wells’ chances of playing regularly under David Wagner.

Big-money summer signing Steve Mounie scored twice on his debut last weekend, whilst Wagner also swooped to land Belgian hitman Laurent Depoitre, meaning Wells may now be third choice at Huddersfield.
Wolves now hope to land Wells, adding pace to Nuno’s options in attack, but they may have to move quickly to beat Hull to his signature before the transfer deadline later this month.
