Wolverhampton Wanderers are said to be keen to snap up Tammy Abraham, with Nuno planning to make changes in January.

Wolves only signed Bonatini permanently in the summer transfer window, but the £5 million (Express and Star) striker has made a limited impact in the Premier League.
Bonatini helped Wolves get promoted last season, but he has found scoring at the top level very difficult.
And Nuno may well sanction his departure in an attempt to bring in Abraham from Chelsea.
Abraham is currently on loan at Aston Villa, but is said to be keen to test himself in the Premier League again, and Wolves could offer him the chance to do that.

Wolves want a new striker in January, as they look to increase their potency in front of goal over the second half of the campaign.
Abraham’s only experience of the Premier League so far came with a temporary spell with Swansea City, but he failed to score very prolifically for the Welsh side last term.
