Arsenal winger Willian threw his head back in frustration with Reiss Nelson on the pitch against Newcastle United, Football London report.
Willian has endured a difficult time at Arsenal since signing in the summer, with the criticism raining down on the Brazilian winger.
On paper it seemed like William may have been keen to support Arsenal’s younger players to ensure that they didn’t come under the same level of pressure from supporters.
However, Football London notes that Willian actually didn’t encourage Nelson much at all.
They claim that the 32-year-old showed his visible frustration at Nelson, when the winger gave the ball away at the weekend.
In fairness Nelson didn’t have his most productive game in an Arsenal shirt, as the Gunners beat Newcastle United 2-0 in the FA Cup.

But in the youngster’s defence, he was thrown in at the last minute to replace Gabriel Martinelli, which meant his preparations for the game were hardly ideal.
Arsenal are next in action on Thursday, when they take on Crystal Palace, and both Willian and Nelson are more than likely to drop out of Mikel Arteta’s starting line-up.
