Sandro to Everton deal is complete, but Malaga are still dragging their heels.
It is just a matter of patience now for Everton as a deal to sign Sandro from Malaga is delayed – but only for a matter of days.
The Liverpool Echo reports that the Toffees have met the £5.2m release clause for the striker and that he has completed a medical at Goodison Park ahead of a move.

Yet Sandro’s current club are still dragging their heels and will not allow the 21-year-old to leave La Rosaleda Stadium until the first year of his contract runs its course and the release clause becomes active.
This will occur on July 3, meaning the Merseysiders may have to wait until Monday to land their man despite all other aspects of the transfer being finalised.
Malaga are understood to be frustrated with Sandro being able to leave the club for such a small price, which was written into his deal when he joined from Barcelona in the summer of 2016.
Everton, meanwhile, do not have a release clause as part of the Spain Under-21 international’s contract with them and will be delighted to have signed a such a promising young talent for such a relatively low fee.
