Newcastle United midfielder Isaac Hayden has been in wonderful form over 2019 so far.

Hayden was linked with a move away from Newcastle over the summer, but the arrival of Steve Bruce seems to have appeased him.
The central midfielder now looks set to stay on Tyneside and play a key role in Newcastle’s first team.
Indeed, it seems that Hayden could well pen a new deal with the Magpies.
The Chronicle claim that Newcastle want to offer the former Arsenal man an improved long-term contract, as they have been told from a source inside that the club that he represents ‘exactly what we want Newcastle to look like’.
Hayden’s passionate and full-blooded performances have made him a fans’ favourite at St. James’ Park.

It would be quite a u-turn if Hayden was to commit to Newcastle for the long-term.
The Telegraph suggested that Hayden was set to leave Newcastle for around £20 million, and he has previously made no secret of his desire to move down south.
However, it seems that his mind could now be changed, and if Hayden does opt to stay with Newcastle that will be a big boost for Steve Bruce, as the midfielder is one of their most hard-working players.
