Liverpool insiders claim that there has been ‘no change’ with Mo Salah’s work-rate in training since his controversial comments to AS, the Daily Mail report.
Salah’s interview with the Spanish publication was an unexpected one at Liverpool, and during it he refused to rule out the possibility of a move to Real Madrid or Barcelona.
The Egyptian’s form has appeaered dipped since that moment, with his performances leading to some fans questioning whether his head has been turned.
However, the Mail insists that Salah remains a committed member of the Liverpool squad.
He apparently has not changed his training and his attitude remains exemplary off the pitch.
Salah’s form has simply dipped, after almost three years of concerted excellence for Liverpool.
Salah has now failed to score in any of his last three Reds appearances, with Liverpool failing to win any of them.
Klopp’s side have now seen their lead at the top of the Premier League table reduced, and they will be hoping Salah gets back to the top of his game sooner rather than later, as they look to protect their title.
