It has been reported that Leeds are willing to offload Kiko Casilla in the summer transfer window and are looking at Martinez as a potential replacement.
The report has added that Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta has told the Argentine that Bernd Leno will be number one goalkeeper for his side when he is fully fit and available.
The Gunners initially wanted £20 million for Martinez, but the North London outfit could be forced to drop their demands, according to the report.
Good move for Emiliano Martinez?
If Leno is the first-choice goalkeeper at Arsenal for the foreseeable future, then it would make sense for Martinez to find a new club.
If Leeds are willing to offer the Argentine the number one shirt, then the 27-year-old should seriously consider a move to the West Yorkshire outfit.
The Whites are a massive club and will play in the Premier League next season, and the 27-year-old would relish turning out at Elland Road on a regular basis.
