According to 90min, Arsenal are ready to sell Kieran Tierney, with Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers interested in working with the defender again.

Rodgers worked with Tierney when he was in charge of Celtic, and the former Liverpool manager reportedly wants to bring the Scotland international to the King Power Stadium.

90min has claimed that Arsenal have told the left-back’s representatives that they are ready to sell him this summer.

The report has added that the Gunners are willing to accept less than the £25 million they paid to Celtic last summer, with Leicester confident that they can get the 22-year-old for £18 million.

Reuniting with Brendan Rodgers?

Tierney was one of the best players during his time at Celtic, and the youngster flourished until Rodgers at Celtic Park.

If Arsenal are willing to sell the left-back after an injury-affected debut season in the Premier League, then Leicester would be a great new club for the Scotsman, as under Rodgers, he could get back to his best.

According to WhoScored, Tierney has provided two assists in four Europa League matches, and has played five times in the Premier League for Arsenal so far this season.
