Mikel Arteta kept shouting at Arsenal midfielder Dani Ceballos throughout their game against Leicester City last night, Football London report.

Ceballos was given a role on the right-hand side of Arsenal’s midfield three, and Arteta wanted the Spaniard to really press Leicester when they had possession.

Leicester ultimately won the game 1-0, with Jamie Vardy’s late strike proving the difference between the two sides.

Ceballos actually failed to show his usual creative side, as Arsenal failed to really break down Leicester’s stubborn defence.

The Gunners did create a couple of opportunities in the first-half, but after the break Brendan Rodgers’ men dealt with everything that was thrown at them.

Arsenal’s defeat has left them sitting in 10th place in the Premier League table, which represents a fairly disappointing opening to the new campaign.
