West Ham United midfielder Domingos Quina is a target for Borussia Dortmund, according to the Sun.

The newspaper claims West Ham have earmarked Quina for a massive future, despite having handed him just four appearances – totalling 102 minutes of football – this season.

And it adds that Dortmund are ready to offer him a pathway to their first team, as they have done with Jadon Sancho – the former Manchester City winger.

Contract running down…

Quina – who moved to West Ham from Chelsea in May 2016 – signed a three-year professional contract later that year, giving him 15 months left at the London Stadium.

And the Hammers could be tempted to cash in if the 18-year-old shows no sign of wanting to extend his stay, especially if the Sun’s claim the player could command a ‘decent fee’ proves true.

Should Quina remain at West Ham without signing a new contract, the Hammers risk losing him for next to nothing next summer if he joins a club outside of England.
