Marko Arnautovic was substituted after suffering a hand injury during West Ham’s 2-0 loss to Watford on Sunday.

Marko Arnautovic is willing to play through the pain barrier to feature in West Ham’s Premier League clash against Leicester City on Friday night, according to a report from independent fans site Claret & Hugh.
The 28-year-old left the field of play during Sunday afternoon’s 2-0 loss to Watford with what appeared to be an injury to his thumb, with some reports suggesting that he could be sidelined for the foreseeable future.

The London Evening Standard claimed that the former Stoke City ace was set to undergo a scan to determine the extent of the injury, with a break enough to keep him sidelined for a number of weeks.
However, well-placed fans sit Claret & Hugh claimed the scan showed no sign of a break and reported that the Austria international is willing to play through the pain barrier to start on Friday night.
It is claimed that a source has revealed to the website that Arnautovic did not want to leave the field of play but was forced off by David Moyes’ medical staff, as he looks to reignite his Hammers career under the new manager.

Arnautovic, who has also played for Inter Milan and Werder Bremen, has been disappointing in claret and blue since his £23million move to the London Stadium, failing to score and laying on just two goals.
But his determination and desire to play against Leicester will delight fans, and it could give the powerhouse attacker the drive required to go one and fire West Ham to just their third three points of the Premier League season.
