According to Correio da Manhã, West Ham are interesting in replacing David Moyes with FC Porto boss Sérgio Conceição.

The Portuguese news outlet claims that Lazio are also keen to hire the 46-year-old, who is doing a fine job at the Estádio do Dragão.

Correio da Manhã state that West Ham are trying to tempt Conceição to east London with the promise of a massive transfer budget.

It is said that the Irons are trying to lure him to the London Stadium, with the promise that he can form a squad capable of reaching the Champions League.

Correio da Manhã add that West Ham are the most attractive proposition.

They mention how the Irons are already quite close to playing Champions League football, having occupied the top four for the majority of the season.

It is also said that David Gold, David Sullivan and Karren Brady are keen to find a replacement for Moyes, whose contract expires in June.

Conceição finds himself out of contract in June as well.

By the looks of it, he would be a fine appointment.

The Portuguese coach has impressively overseen 225 wins from 393 games during his managerial career, which is simply brilliant.

He has postponed talks regarding a new deal, hence why West Ham and Lazio have been alerted to the situation.

After all Moyes has done this season, it would be baffling if the Hammers looked for a new manager instead of keeping the Scot.

Unless he himself wants to leave the London Stadium next month, Moyes simply has to stay at the London Stadium.
