West Ham United are set to allow both Reece Burke and Josh Cullen to join Bolton Wanderers.
Bolton feel that both Cullen and Burke can enhance the quality of their first-team, and they are keen to give the youngsters first-team action.
West Ham apparently feel that a loan move is the best option for the two prospect’s development, as they cannot promise them regular game-time.
The move is sure to aggravate some supporters, who were hoping that some of West Ham’s younger players would be handed their first-team chance this term.
When Havard Nortdveit left, there was hope that Slaven Bilic was opening up a space for Cullen in the Hammers’ first-team squad.
However, it seems that Cullen will be sent out on loan for the third season in succession.
West Ham have already allowed Reece Oxford to join Borussia Monchengladbach on a temporary spell, with Bilic seemingly favouring his more experienced options.
