According to the Daily Mirror, West Ham United have already made plans to sign Ruben Loftus-Cheek in January, but Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri has told them he want be going anywhere.

West Ham are keen to bring Loftus-Cheek to the London Stadium, as they feel they could offer him regular football.

However, Chelsea are determined to keep hold of the 22-year-old, who has started to flourish at Stamford Bridge.

Loftus-Cheek scored four goals in two games recently, and although he isn’t a regular starter, Sarri still rates him highly.

The Blues boss has reportedly told West Ham that they have absolutely no chance of pulling off a deal for the highly rated England international.

Whether West Ham will keep pushing for Loftus-Cheek remains to be seen, as Manuel Pellegrini seeks additions for the new year.

West Ham spent heavily over the summer, but they have failed to make a flying start to the season, and currently sit in 13th place in the Premier League table.
