According to the report, West Ham are considering making a bid for the 20-year-old forward, who has struggled for playing time this season.
The Nigeria international has started just five matches in the Premier League this season, scoring four goals and providing three assists in the process.
During the 2015-16 season, Iheanacho scored eight goals and created 14 chances in 26 Premier League appearances for City.

Other clubs’ interest
West Ham are not the only club who reportedly wanted to sign Iheanacho from Premier League rivals City in the summer transfer window.
The Daily Mail has credited Southampton with interest in the youngster, while The Sun has claimed that the forward is on the radar of Merseyside outfit Everton.
Good signing
Iheanacho is a very talented and promising young forward, and he would be a good signing for West Ham and would add pace to their attack.
