West Ham United boss David Moyes has Andy Carroll have reportedly had a fall out after the striker was not used as a substitute.
Carroll was left frustrated at the weekend, after Moyes failed to bring him on during West Ham’s defeat to Manchester City.
The striker then reportedly was unapologetic at training, when Moyes quizzed him on his reaction, and was then sent home.
And Moyes’ hand has been strengthened, as West Ham’s squad are reportedly backing the manager’s actions.
The Hammers’ players apparently feel that Carroll stepped out of line with his actions, and they have sympathised with their manager.
Moyes now has a big call to make with Carroll ahead of West Ham’s match this weekend.
The Hammers are due to take on Leicester City, and they are still far from safe.
Carroll, in ordinary circumstances, would have been a useful weapon to utilise.
However, Moyes is reportedly considering leaving the England international out of West Ham’s squad completely in an attempt to discipline him for his show of dissent.
