West Ham United boss Manuel Pellegrini has reportedly made Edin Dzeko his first choice target for the summer.

West Ham have identified Dzeko as their first choice striker to sign this summer, and the Roma forward could be tempted back to the Premier League.
The Bosnian would be offered a contract worth £165,000-a-week by West Ham, with Pellegrini desperate to link back up with Dzeko next season.
The contract would make the clinical finisher West Ham’s highest earner in their history.
Javier Hernandez is currently the Hammers’ top paid player, with the Mexican on a £140,000-a-week contract (Sportac).

Dzeko and Pellegrini worked together previously at Manchester City, and they formed a good relationship at the Etihad Stadium.
Dzeko is now 33 years old, but he has hit five goals in the Champions League for Roma this season, which proves he is still capable of performing at the highest level.
