West Ham United are interested in signing Dani Ceballos from Real Madrid in the summer transfer window, according to The Mirror.

Manager Manuel Pellegrini is claimed to be a fan of the 22-year-old midfielder, who could reportedly be available for around £18 million.

The report has claimed that the Hammers made brief enquiry about the 22-year-old Spain international in January.

Good signing for West Ham United?

Ceballos is a very talented and promising young midfielder who has a bright future ahead of him and will be a very good long-term signing for West Ham.

The Spain international has made 12 starts and 10 substitute appearances in La Liga for Madrid this season, scoring three goals in the process, according to WhoScored.

The Spain international may have failed to make a huge impact at Madrid since his move to the Spanish and European giants in the summer of 2017, but the midfielder’s performances for Real Betis and the Spain Under-21 sides suggest that he is a superstar in the making.
