West Ham United goalkeeper Nathan Trott has impressed for their under-23 side this season.

Nathan Trott arrives at the stadium ahead the friendly match between West Ham United and SCO Angers on August 3, 2018 in Grodig, Austria.

According to the London Evening Standard, West Ham United feel Nathan Trott has a first-team future at the London Stadium.

Trott has impressed at under-23 level for West Ham this season, where his performances have belied his tender years.

Manuel Pellegrini believes that Trott could be a good option for West Ham in the future, but he is set to be given the chance to move out on loan this summer.

West Ham want to bring in an experienced back-up goalkeeper, while they get Trott some game time.

The Hammers are eager to loan Trott to a Football League side, to give him a taste of playing regularly.

But they do see the prospect as a first-team player of the future, if he fulfils his potential.

Trott’s task of breaking into West Ham’s starting line-up is difficult right now, as Lukasz Fabianski has been so impressive in goal for Pellegrini’s side over the past campaign.
