The Hammers are eyeing the full-back as an alternative to Micah Richards.

According to the Mirror, West Ham United are eyeing a move for Wolves full-back Dominic Iorfa.
The Hammers are currently negotiating a deal for Aston Villa defender Micah Richards, with the same newspaper claiming that he could complete a season-long loan move by the close of business today.
He is being added as competition at right-back, with Sam Byram West Ham’s only option at this moment in time.

Winger Michail Antonio has also been used in the role but it is clear that he is not a natural in the position and reinforcements are needed.
That has led to the move for Richards, who would provide the competition that is needed at right-back as well as offer cover at centre-back as he is a natural in both positions.

However, should a loan move for him fail, the Mirror reports that the Hammers are eyeing a move for Wolves full-back Iorfa instead.
They claim that the 21-year-old defender is a long-term target for Slaven Bilic’s side and he is number two on their list of targets as the transfer window concludes.
