Manchester United have been linked with West Ham United-owned Borussia Monchengladbach youngster Reece Oxford.

West Ham United could sell Reece Oxford in the January transfer window, according to The Sun.
It has been reported by the British tabloid that Manchester United could reignite their interest in Oxford, who is on loan at German club Borussia Monchengladbach at the moment.
According to the report, United wanted to sign the 18-year-old before he moved to the Hammers.

Oxford is a very talented and promising young player who can operate as a central defender or as a defensive midfielder.
The youngster has made appearances in the Premier League for West Ham, but the teenager has yet to feature in the Bundesliga for Monchengladbach.

Given that Oxford is only 18 years of age, it would be harsh of West Ham if they sell him in the January transfer window.
With Manchester United (reportedly) interested, it is clear that the youngster has the talent and the quality to make it big as a footballer, and the Hammers should retain faith in him.
