Report: West Ham United considering loaning out Dimitri Payet

West Ham United midfielder Dimitri Payet has been linked with Nice, Marseille and Paris Saint-Germain in the January transfer window.

Nice are interested in signing Dimitri Payet from West Ham United in the January transfer window, according to The Mirror.

It has been reported that West Ham are considering a deal to loan out Payet to the French club.

The Mirror has claimed that Marseille want to secure the services of the France international attacking midfielder this month, while The Express has credited Paris Saint-Germain with interest in the 29-year-old.

Nice are going strong in Ligue 1 at the moment and are in the running for the title. Lucien Favre’s side are at the currently at the top of the table with 46 points from 21 matches.

PSG are third in the standings with 45 points, while Marseille are 15 points behind them in sixth.

Joining Nice would not be a bad decision for Payet, especially if he is able to settle back into French football rightaway and guide the club to the Ligue 1 title this season.

Payet has scored two goals and created 72 chances in 18 Premier League appearances for the Hammers so far this season.
