It has been reported that West Ham and Brighton want to sign the 20-year-old midfielder on a season-long loan deal, while Italian giants Juventus have had an offer of £18 million plus £8 million in extras turned down by Barcelona.
Valencia, Real Betis and Real Sociedad are also interested in the youngster, according to the report, which has added that Barcelona are willing to send him out on loan under certain conditions.
According to the report, the Spanish and European powerhouse want the 20-year-old midfielder’s wages to be paid in full by the club signing him on a season-long loan deal.
The club will also have to make the deal permanent for £36 million in the summer of 2021, and Barcelona will have a two-year buyback clause as well.
