West Ham United are looking to wrap up a deal for Ryan Manning from Queens Park Rangers very quickly, the Telegraph report.

West Ham are eager to land a new full-back, and Manning is very high on David Moyes’s side list.

The QPR left-back has impressed at Championship level, with his attacking quality and tenacity catching the eye.

Manning has just one year left on his QPR contract, which means that West Ham feel that they could pick him up on a cheap deal.

West Ham actually appear to be confident that a deal could be done quickly, and want Manning signed up in the early stages of the summer.

If Manning joins West Ham he will immediately have a chance of breaking into Moyes’s starting line-up, as Aaron Cresswell and Arthur Masuaku haven’t entirely convinced this term.

Manning could be the first of many players West Ham bring in from the Championship this summer, as Moyes seems to want to focus on signing domestic-based players.
