According to L’Equipe (subscription required), West Ham United are keen to land Inter Milan star Ivan Perisic if Dimitri Payet leaves the club this month.
The Hammers have seen playmaker Dimitri Payet demand a move away from the club this month, with the Frenchman seemingly pushing for a move back to former club Marseille.

Having hit nine goals and 12 assists last season as well as two goals and six assists this term, Payet has been a superstar at the London Stadium, and his potential departure would be a huge blow for the club.
Should Payet leave, West Ham would surely be in the market for a replacement – and L’Equipe (subscription required) report that the Hammers could look to make a move for Inter Milan winger Ivan Perisic

Perisic, 27, has hit 16 goals in 59 games for Inter Milan, and really hit the headlines over the summer having produced some exceptional performances for Croatia at Euro 2016.
The winger is no stranger to West Ham boss Bilic, as he gave Perisic his international debut with Croatia in 2011, and it seems that a London Stadium reunion is now wanted by the Hammers manager.
Inter Milan would put up plenty of resistance given that Perisic is one of their better players, and it’s unclear whether the Croatian would be interested in leaving Serie A to link up with Bilic again in the Premier League.
Yet, with money no doubt available to Bilic if Payet does leave, West Ham will want an ambitious, big-name signing to replace the Frenchman – and Perisic, with his prior links to Bilic, could be a suitable target for the club.
