Players from Cardiff City and Swansea City are among those being considered by West Ham United ahead of next week’s domestic transfer deadline, according to The Daily Star.
The West Ham manager David Moyes is said to want to add a centre-back, left-back and central midfielder to his squad.
But the Hammers can only recruit from EFL clubs, or sign free agents.
And Moyes has an extensive list of targets in the former category, according to The Daily Star.
The newspaper lists the Cardiff defender Sean Morrison and the Swansea midfielder Matt Grimes among those – as well as the respective Watford and Bournemouth midfielders, Craig Dawson and Steve Cook, the Queens Park Rangers left-back Ryan Manning and the Brentford midfielder Josh DaSilva.
Both Morrison and Grimes, who can also play left-back, have two years left on their contracts in Wales.

The report does not state how much West Ham would have to pay for the pair, who captain their clubs.
But Swansea were thought to value at Grimes when Watford showed an interest earlier this summer, according to BBC Sport.
West Ham have already been linked with a move for Grimes’ Swansea teammate Joe Rodon this summer.
