West Ham United are keen on Burnley winger Scott Arfield, who is out of contract at Turf Moor at the end of the season.

The 29-year-old has been an important player for the Clarets since arriving from Huddersfield Town in 2013 with the Canada international just 10 appearances away from making 200 in all competitions for Burnley.

However, it appears that he may not be able to bring up the landmark as the Independent reports that Arfield is out of contract at the end of the season and he may soon have a decision to make regarding his future.

Arfield has been a decent performer during Sean Dyche’s tenure, but it would be no surprise if the Hammers supporters were not entirely convinced about whether moving for the wide-man is the right idea.
At 29, he may not have too long left at his peak and he is currently enjoying his most productive season in the top flight, which is not an overly impressive fact when you consider that he has scored two goals and provided one assist for the high-flyers.
