West Ham United are keen to strengthen David Moyes’ attacking options with a loan move for Sparta Prague striker Adam Hlozek in the January transfer window, according to 90min.
The Irons have tracked the Czech Republic forward for the past year after successful moves for international teammates Tomas Soucek and Vladimir Coufal from Slavia Prague.
The pair have been huge hits in the Premier League following their arrivals in England from the Czech Fortuna Liga. With both men integral figures under Moyes in the Hammers line-up. While Alex Kral joined this summer from Spartak Moscow, but is yet to establish a role.

West Ham explored signing Hlozek during the summer transfer window but while no deal materialised, remain keen. The 19-year-old also feels ready to leave Sparta Prague now.
Hlozek has admirers across Europe with Juventus, Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund aware of his potential. It is considered only a matter of time before he joins a bigger club.
Yet West Ham hope to edge the competition by signing Hlozek on loan from Sparta Prague in the January transfer window. The deal would also feature performance-based incentives that would trigger an obligation to buy next summer for an undisclosed fee.
The Irons want to sign the 12-cap international on an initial loan to leave funds free to sign a centre-back. Angelo Ogbonna’s injury has forced Moyes to consider strengthening in the position with the club competing across the Premier League, Europa League and EFL Cup.

Should West Ham sign Hlozek in January transfer from Sparta Prague?
West Ham may be wise to sign Hlozek on loan from Sparta Prague in the January transfer window. Allowing Moyes funds to strengthen his defence, but bolstering his attack, too.
A purchase obligation dependent on certain criteria would also not force the Irons to buy him if he cannot adapt. But still handing Moyes an option to play at striker or on the wing.
Hlozek has scored four goals and laid on eight assists in 20 appearances in all competitions so far this season. But his only goal involvement in Europe was an assist in a Champions League qualifier with Rapid Vienna. Failing to score in seven, including Europa League ties.
Neither of his 15 goals in 23 games last term also came in Europe, with each in the Fortuna Liga. While his only international goal so far came at Belarus during his 12th cap in October.
