Chelsea are prepared to offload striker Tammy Abraham this summer, and West Ham United are thought to be the favourites to sign him.
That’s according to The Sun, who suggest that Abraham will be axed having failed to convince Thomas Tuchel that he’s what Chelsea need in attack.
Instead, Chelsea will look to sell Abraham and bring Inter Milan ace Romelu Lukaku back to Stamford Bridge, with West Ham ‘favourites’ to get the striker.
West Ham are desperate for a new striker having sold Sebastien Haller to Ajax in January, and Abraham could fit the bill for David Moyes.
Remarkably, he is Chelsea’s top goalscorer this season with 12 goals in all competitions and yet still Tuchel wants to sell him this summer.
The problem for West Ham is that Chelsea are expecting big money for their homegrown striker, with The Telegraph claiming that they want around £40million.

That’s a huge fee for West Ham to be paying, and it may be difficult for David Gold and David Sullivan to come up with that kind of cash.
Abraham is only 23 so could be West Ham’s leading striker for 10 years, but coming up with £40million won’t be easy if West Ham miss out on the top four.
