West Ham United are reportedly ramping up their interest in Pablo Fornals.

According to Spanish newspaper AS, West Ham United are showing the most interest in signing Villarreal playmaker Pablo Fornals in a potential £22m deal.
The Hammers are looking for a technically-gifted midfielder to complement Mark Noble and Declan Rice, but Andre Gomes appears to be fading from the radar.
Manuel Pellegrini and Mario Husillos may still look to the Spanish market, and Villarreal ace Fornals is being linked again having been touted as a January target.
It’s claimed that West Ham are showing the most interest in Fornals, and have even made a first approach to try and secure his signature this summer.
West Ham would be able to force a bargain £22million deal thanks to a release clause in the Spaniard’s contract, which should excite Hammers fans.
The 23-year-old’s raw numbers of five goals and six assists may not jump off the page, but his passing, technique and even long-range shooting make him a popular figure in Spain.

Fornals still has major potential, and really fits the bill as that ball-playing playmaker West Ham are looking for, and the price is certainly appealing for a player of his age and quality.
Other Premier League clubs showed an interest in January, but having allegedly made a first approach, West Ham can steal a march on their rivals and secure a coup at a great price.
