West Ham United are reportedly keen on signing the striker.

According to a report from Gazzetta dello Sport, West Ham have made an enquiry for Torino hitman M’Baye Niang, as Manuel Pellegrini looks to bolster his attacking ranks at the London Stadium.
Niang, 23, joined Torino from AC Milan initially on loan last summer, before making his switch a permanent one this year, for a fee believed to be worth in the region of €20 million (£17.8 million), but he could be set for an exit already from the Turin side.
Gazzetta dello Sport claims that West Ham have made an enquiry for the Senegal international, although it is unclear as to whether Torino will entertain the idea of selling him.
What would Niang bring to West Ham?
The Torino hitman possesses an abundance of talent, and is lighting quick, although he is far from clinical in front of goal.
He has scored just 33 goals in 191 career appearances, so if the Hammers are after a proven goalscorer, Niang is not the man for them.

If Pellegrini wants to bring in someone with pace who can stretch the opposition’s defence, however, the Senegalese speedster might be just the ticket.
He can also operate on either flank, so he could be used more as a provider than a finisher, although it is still debatable as to whether he would actually be a good signing for West Ham.
