West Ham United are reportedly pursuing Olivier Giroud.

According to the Daily Mail, West Ham United have asked Chelsea about a potential deadline day deal for striker Olivier Giroud.
The Hammers have been quiet so far this month, but strikers may be on the radar for Manuel Pellegrini after a toothless showing at Wolverhampton Wanderers on Tuesday night.
Add in that Marko Arnautovic picked up a foot injury in that game, and it’s clear that West Ham should be looking to bring in a goalscorer before the window slams shut.
Now, the Daily Mail claim that West Ham have made contact with Chelsea, asking them about a possible deal to sign striker Giroud today.
The Frenchman came on as a substitute for Chelsea in their defeat at Bournemouth last night, replacing new signing Gonzalo Higuain in what was a dismal showing.
Giroud remains second-choice striker, and will sit behind Higuain following Alvaro Morata’s move back to Spain with Atletico Madrid.

That may not be what Giroud had in mind when he left Arsenal for Chelsea last January, and after just six Premier League starts this season, he could join another London club in West Ham.
The Hammers have concerns about Arnautovic’s foot injury, so landing an experienced striker like Giroud would fit the bill, but whether he would take the step down in order to play more regularly remains to be seen.
